DocumentationBefore heading to the enrollment center, ensure you have all the aforementioned documents.The individual person must provide the necessary proof of relationship with the HOF along with their own identity and address proof.
Form Submission:You need to fill out and submit the Aadhaar enrollment form at the Aadhaar enrollment center.
Biometric Data Collection:
  1. Fingerprint Scanning: Scans of all ten fingers.
  2. Irish Scan: Both eyes will be scanned.
  3. Photograph: A digital photograph will be taken.
Verification and Submission:

Once your biometrics are captured, the operator will verify the information and ask you to confirm the details.

After confirmation, the operator will provide you with an acknowledgment slip containing your enrollment number. Keep this slip safely.
